Easy fix. You need coil wedges! I had the same problem when I put my jks track bar in. The locking nut would hit the coil and make a grinding sound. The wedges brought the coil further away while straightening it out and between the two it added 1/2 inch. So I would suggest getting the wedges and 1/2" front coil spacers to fix your problem.

Remove the coil,use electrical tape to secure the top coil to the rubber isolator further to the back of the coil, (mark the rear first) then reinstall. You can probably get almost 1/2" out of it, which just may be enough. If you have uppers and lowers, check their lengths, they may be a little long. With just lowers the axle rotates forward a little on compression, so if they are still close, it can contact there as well.
