Default suspension upgrade help

2011 jku, I have a 3.25 RC lift with TF front lower arms, jks adjustable trac bar. I don't have anything good to say about current set up. I just ordered RK 3.5 coils and bilstein shocks. Also ordered rear wedges for coils. Current kit has bump stops and sway bar links. Do I need anything else? Thanks for the help

They call it rough country for a reason. Looking for a better ride. I know its a jeep and smooth ride is not going to happen but my dentist recommended new coils.

Depending on the spring rate and type of shocks you have could give you a poor ride.A simple change of shocks could change the ride

I doubt you are going to see much of an improvement by ordering RK coils and bilstein shocks. The poor stering geometry and lack of adjustable control arms is generally what leads to a poor ride in the RC lifts. YOu addressed neither of these issues.

I installed the 2.5 RK kit with the new triple rates and bilstein 5100's and my ride got way better that I had with my stock rubi springs and spacers. I think your headed on the right track.

Dirtman, I do have a JKS adjustable trac bar and TF adjustable front lower arms. Any suggestions would help.

Are you running a raised rear track bar bracket? You will want one that is roughly 4" taller then stock. Once you install those new 3.5" coils see how things feel, but you should have some light steering feel and likely some bump steer. A drag link flip will help with steering as well as a stronger tie rod. This will require a front raised track bar bracket.

What psi are you running your tires at?
