Suspension Lift "Actual Height Gain" database
The DB has started. Submit your ACTUAL HEIGHT GAINED from your lift. Include the following info:
-Lift brand/model
-Actual height gained (front and rear), measure it properly please!
-Applicable jeep specs (2dr/4dr, hard/soft top, bumpers, spare tire, cargo, etc).
Measuring technique:
Be smart, don't include height gain as a result of larger tires, etc. I think most people do before/after measurements from ground to fender.
Attached is a zip file (can't attach XLS files) containing an Excel spreadsheet. You may sort/rearrange the data however you'd like. It's currently sorted by advertised lift, then actual lift.

too bad you cannot add the info to the photos that the guy has of all the diff lifts. Unless people put the brand and height in the tiitle it will be too hard to search through them all if you get a bunch.
like I would put Teraflex 3" 2dr HT in the title
then put the specs in the message.

Lets make sure the measurements take into account changes in tire size. I've noticed some people reporting ~4.5 inches of lift from a 3 inch coil but didn't mention they upgraded from 32's to 35's. (I've noticed the tire difference in their before and after shots). I know some lifts do give you more lift than advertised so I'm not bashing anybody, just saying I'v seen the mistake before.
