Default Suspension help

So I have had some issues with my suspension so I thought I should consult the real experts.

When driving down the road with a load in the back, I hit a bump and jeep comes up and when it comes down, it sounds like something is hitting. Like my bumptops are too tall...I have no idea what is going on...when I flex, I hear grinding in the front, can't find any contact. Here's some pics of my suspension....

Rear brake line looks like it's rubbing your sway bar, might wanna check that. I n frt , might just be the angle but it looks like the swaybar is contacting the upper trk bar mount or could be when flexing, unless you disco it, then that's not it. Have you check the steering stabilizer when flexed to make sure it's not hitting?Hve you bounced the rear to see if the shocks are good?

Might wanna try flexing it with a jack to see what's hitting in the frt.

Here are my findings: Steering stabilizer is rubbed badly and VERY SLIGHTLY dented. How to correct?

Rear: I jumped up and down as hard as I could (6'2" 280 lbs.) No noises other than my shocks making a cool hydraulic sound. checked brake line bracket and it was fairly loose. Tightened. I barely bent it off of sway bar. fixed. I hope. Any other ideas fellas?

P.S. the picture is pretty blurry...close up on accident...(belly makes bending for long periods of time difficult. )

I would get a skinnier stab, or try to relocate it. My Superlift stabilizer was big and fat and hit. My RC duals are skinnier and don't hit. RC sells a single aswell.

Also , how much weight are you hauling? Was that weight in there when you were jumping on it? Maybe put some grease on the end of the rubber bumpstop, drive it and look at the bottom ext to see if it's leaving a big spot of grease.

Default I'm having the same problem...

Mine does it too...

I have installed a procomp stage I 4" lift kit in my '08 JK. When I go over a bump (it doesn't really matter how large, could be just a slight one) i hear a loud shudder in the back..

I was thinking i had bad shocks, so I replaced the ES-9000's in the rear with some OME's but aside from a slightly smoother ride, the noise is still there.

I do have an aftermarket rear bumper, so I figured maybe it was alot of weight for the suspension to handle, so I took all the stuff outta the secret hidng spot (jack and winching accessories) and took it for a spin over some speed bumps, and sure enough there was the noise again...

Now the new shocks in the back have polyurethane bushings that are around 4 months old, I don't think they'd have gone bad.. but I will be installing some bar-pin eliminators when I get a chance... still confused as to what could be causing the noise.. I don't see anything hitting or rubbing.. but I will definately try the grease + bumpstop idea to see if I can prove if it's hitting.
