So I need some opinions on 3" lift kits for my 2 dr (already has a 2" budget boast and 33's. I do daily driving and weekend jamboree's in the near future. I'm on the fence with a couple lift choices.

I want to spent under $800 and stick with either 3" or 4" lift and keep my 33" tires for now....possible 35" tires coming later on.

I like the Black diamond 3".
I also like the value of the Rough country 3.25" and 4" lifts.
Anyone tried the Zone Offroad lifts?

Zone is made by BDS and out of those choices, that would be my pick.

That's gonna be a tough budget. If you're going 4", you'll need a lot more than $800 will buy you. I'd look hard at Rock Krawler's $1099 kit. It's very complete and looks like a screaming value.

How about the on road drivability of those 2 choices and install difficulty? I live on the east coast so we get all the seasons hard.

why not do the TF coil lift...people are reporting 3 to 3.5 inch of actual lift in the front and the coil kit comes with brackets and shocks for right around what you are wanting to spend. Maybe even less. This will look killer with 33's as well. Anyways good luck

X2. The 2.5" TF coil will give you at least 3" of effective lift and its higher quality, particularly compared to the RC and there are plenty of examples of it installed with 35s in the Show and Tell Forum.

I have one other tip for you. Call each of them. You want to know someone is there, is easy to reach, and is helpful when you have a problem. Be sure to ask questions and make sure you can buy replacement parts in case something happens.

TF 2.5" coil spring lift or OME HD coil springs get my vote these springs will give you upwards of +3" of lift.

Triplejeep: with the OME lift, which spring load do you choose? I have a an oversized rear rim/tire on the back with stock bumper, I have a all steal front bumper with a winch coming soon. Light to medium or the heavy springs? I still want a smooth street ride with the great offroad ability
