Default Superlift questions

As soon as I get my adjustable control arms in, I'm gonna finally install my 4" Superlift. I have a few questions that I haven't seen asked yet.

1-I just bought a Superlift stabilizer to replace my damaged stock one and relocate it to a safer place. I was gonna install it now before the lift to see how it affected handing. The problem is, I have a FT trac bar relocation bracket for my BB already installed. I don't think these will work together. This leads me to my next question/probelm.

2-The Superlift comes w/ a front adjustable trac bar. Should I also keep the relocation bracket I currently have? Seems like I've read that it's better to have both to keep the axle centered and keep the trac bar and drag link parallel.

3-Does your Superlift sit level? I have front 3/4" spacers on hand if needed, just curious of everybody else's experience.

4-I think there aws another question I was gonna ask, but I'm drawing a blank now.

1. Dont bother, its not going to affect handling, only help with bump steer.

2. Take the relocation bracket off if you will be using an adjustable trackbar.

3. Mine sits level.

4. If you have any other questions lemme know

I can't really help but I'm needing to talk to someone with 4in superlifts. Where did you get your kits, what parts do you need, and what are the prices on the kits and after they are complete? I have looked at some kits that aren't complete. This is a kit that I really want.

Definately remove the track bar relocation brackets. A number of members have broken the track bar/stabilizer bracket (this is the stock piece welded to the axle at the factory) off of the axle. The relocation bracket adds additional stress and should be dumped when you put the lift on.

The lift is pretty tall and it does it level.

Default Q/a

1 - I'd wait until you get your lift on. And it's only going to help with bump steer. I have it and it's effective as any I've had before.

2 - Lose the relocation bracket.

3 - I have the BD version but it sits perfectly level.

4 - I don't know the meaning of life.

Take a look at this video from Superlift. It'll get you on the right track.

I'll be getting a 4" Superlift as well with the SS shocks and an ajustable rear track bar ($130).

If you're new to JK suspensions and confused about the components, the video will bring you up to speed quickly...
