I've been running the Tow tune with 87 octane (10% ethanol gas) for a while now with no issues or pinging. The Tow tune (3:73 with stock sahara tires/rims) seems to have more off-the-line torque compared to the 87 tune.

they used to have a support rep on here but that has since fallen off and died, check the original Superchips thread I'm sure you'll find some info in there.

Make sure you check your junk folder because I was having the same problem but then realized it was because my email was marking it as spam... maybe you have this problem too. Just a thought

Also, you can always try to find an email address on their site.

And interesting... I can't log into their site at all right now. Weird...

Can't log into the forums, or the main page, or the easy update software. GAY.

I am deaf and can't talk on the phone. They don't even list a number.... I emailed Customercare@superchips.com
