Default Superchips issue w/ new dealer PCM flash RRT 10-066

I took my 2010 JKU 6spd in for the soft top recall (adding the extra padding pieces to prevent premature wear)...they also did the RRT 10-066 PCM flash which supposedly does something to fix OBD2 reading for other shops...and apparently changed some other stuff.

I reloaded my stock tune prior to heading to the dealer and attempted to re-tune to the 93 octane setting I was running with superchips. I plugged in the superchips and it downloaded the stock file fine, but then I couldn't upload any of the new tunes.

Superchips programmer read: "Vehicle calibration not on file." I went to superchips.com and downloaded the latest update...still no joy.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes? I tried calling Superchips service, but they're closed on weekends.

Thanks in advance.

What you have there is a new OEM file that Superchips has not seen before. When this happens, we must create a custom file that will allow your product to communicate with the new file. In most instances, turnaround times for new file updates are completed between 24-48 business hours.

To speed up the process feel free to call customer service on Monday to have a trouble ticket created for the issue.

We will work hard to not keep you from using your product any longer than necessary.

If you have any questions feel free to let me know.
