Thats good to hear. I have had no luck with the tech@superchips.com email address.

I purchased at 4wheelparts. Their returns report no returns on Tuners. I will unfortunately need to contact them next week as i don't see myself keeping the flashpaq at this point.

Another weekend and email and no response. It has been over 2 weeks being patient while waiting on my custom tune. Still no response from Superchips. Very disappointed. I would consider my waiting period more than reasonable.

Eureka

I have finally received some email support and some recommendations on resetting my device and re registering the vehicle under the diagnostic tab. After i did so, the flashpaq seems to be working. I'm unimpressed by the customer service. Time will tell if it was worth all the hassle. Hopefully info contained in this thread will help another if they are having difficulties.

What was the email address they used to reply to you? I'm glad to hear you're on the right track now.

Initially just to tech@superchips.com. That was insanely frustrating to get a rather vanilla response requesting info I had already sent. I was to respond to the same email address that had already ignored multiple other emails.

I eventually was connected to:
Rick at
rmckenzie@powerteq.com

To his credit, he did respond to his email with in hours several times to get to the final instructions that got it to work.

Default Spark Software

Sorry to revive an old thread, but is there any chance you still have a copy of the spark software? I need the software to unlock my older Flashpaq and it is no longer available directly from Superchips. Thanks!

I’m needing a copy of spark as well, tried to download through superchips website by using way back machine set to 2012 but I can’t get it to run through that. Stuck at a red rectangle
