I had this happen with a 3/4 ton silverado I used to have. The told me to send it back and when I received it again and tried to upload the tune to the truck it fried my whole ecu. They wouldn't respond to me anymore after I was insisting they pay for the $1400 unit. Needless to say...I don't have a superchips on my JK. Not trying to scare anyone, but facts are facts.

Yikes, not what I was expecting to hear. What I don't get is I already successfully tuned my JK, but when I tried to update it again afterward (I was gonna get the free TPMS update) I get the W-1 unable to load eepom file error. How can it work once, then not work after that!?!?!??

I spoke to James at Superchips. He emailed me a link to their old server for updating. He said they're working out bugs in the new server and the old one should correct this problem. Haven't tried it yet cause I'm working but will try it tonight.

Update Problems
I have had mine for a while now. I did an update for the first time in a long time Tuesday and had some problems. I upgraded to the new software and still had problems. In my case, the problem was my USB cable. The micro end that goes into the programmer was bad. Replaced the cable and no problem with either version of the software after that.
Probably not related to your issue, but figured I would throw it out there just in case.

TopJimmy, I'll post it when I get back to my email.
