SuperChips 3875 on 3.6 Pentastar?

SuperChips 3875 on 3.6 Pentastar?
Hey everyone!
So I recently sold my 2007 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and Upgraded to a 2012 Rubicon Unlimited. Before I sold my Sahara I removed the tune so that I could transfer my super chips to my new vehicle. But after connecting it to the computer and updating all of the software it does not state that it will work with the new engine. I called Superchips and asked this same question and was told that it "should" work and that it "shouldn't" mess anything up on my new jeep if I were to try and adjust anything but I am still a bit skeptical as the person I spoke to with Superchips didn't seem very confident with his answers.
Has anyone else had any experience with this? Am I safe to connect and use my old 3875 Superchips flashpaq on my 2012 Pentastar?
