We do not like the idea of boost without an intercooler so we do not have any experience with the non intercooled kit.
I have received tunes from both RPM and Sprintex. There are pros and cons to each. The tunes from Sprintex tend to be a bit smoother around town, but the tunes from RPM are significantly hotter. "Absolutely zero issues" is a bold claim, but to be totally fair I've not driven an intercooled Jeep, so I've no basis for comparison.

I'd love to have the intercooler, but it's a $1700 upgrade over the base price (assuming you have the InTune already) with no dyno charts backing it up. It's on my radar, but Sprintex needs to finish their overhaul of the current non-intercooled tunes and publish some dyno charts before I'll be interested in giving them another penny from my Jeep mod fund.

Jon has worked extensively with both Sprintex and DiabloSport, but both Sprintex and RPM have the independent ability to write tunes at this time. I have no idea how closely related their base tunes are, but it stands to reason that there's probably a lot in common.

Good luck with the installation. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions for somebody who has been through the process.

So, has anyone considered a twin supercharger setup to get rid of the abrupt change in torque when the supercharger gets spooled up?

Supercharger + turbo. 3.8 can handle that, right?

Our tune came from Jay at Sprintex in Australia.
