I have a rubicon unlimited. My offroading is a little more than what a stock rubi can handle so an upgrade is needed. A 2.5" BB would probably get me by but a 3-4" long arm would be optimal. My question is: If I do either of these lifts will I lose my ability to disconnect the sway bar electronically?

 

No you shouldn"t if you buy a complete lift it should come with longer disco links to bolt in place of the originals, or come with new sway bar links for the rear and you move the stock rears to the front.

 

Flexing with short links is a very bad thing (for you. We actually enjoy the pics...) so be sure to get longer links with whichever lift you choose.
