Stubby Bumper
So today I went to get my jeep inspected here in NC, and I failed because I have a stubby bumper that does not extend from fender to fender. I decided to try another inspection station and they passed without thinking at all.
The first one claimed it was a safety issue ...
I was getting ready to pull the trigger on the Teraflex front bumper but now I am having second thoughts ... Does anybody know if I just ran into a crappy inspection station or is it illegal to not have a bumper that runs from fender to fender?

I have had no problems with my stubby stinger. It's most likely the inspection station?
