The PSC/Riddler covers are virtually indestructible. For the shock mounts there are a few options. Personally, I wouldn't recommend raising the lowers without raising the tops, unless you're willing to do the work and adjust bumpstop lengths. If you're running 40s and need the limited uptravel, sure. Smaller tires, why limit your uptravel, especially on a dd, where you'll be all the time. You can skid them with a multitude of skids, or check out Rebels grinders. They use the same idea as the rockstars, but keep the shock in a stock location, while raising your swaybar tabs. They're boxed and extremely stout. You won't be worried about them. I'd also suggest skidding the lca s too.

[QUOTE=golfer97;3231430]I saw a video a while ago that tested diff covers. They basically shot bullets of different calibers at them. For the most part, they all held up well until you got to the heavier caliber stuff./QUOTE]

Great Lake Off Road won the JP Magazine "Shoot-Out" test. They shot the Great Lake diff cover with .460, 7.62, .303, .450, and then finally with 22-250 and all they could do was dent it. My son runs them on his JK.
