I don't see any problem. I ran these spacers and wheels with a BB and 33" tires for a couple of years with no problem. If mine did not contact at full stuff, you will have no issues with the stock tires and wheels + BB.

33's , a 2.5 BB and spacers are the ideal combo...do it NAO!!
