Wanting to know what the stock measurement from the ground to the bottom of the pinch seam is. If someone could post up I would appreciate it. My 2 door with the hardtop on and teraflex 2.5" measures 21 3/8 .

 

on my four door it is 17 1/4 at the front driver side.

 

I am also trying to calculate my final lift height after all my skids, bumpers, winch and rockrails were added.

Not exactly the same as your 2 door JK, but I just measured five 2011 4 door automatic Sahara's at the dealership with stock255/70/18(31.1 diameter). They were all between 17 5/8 and 17 3/4 at the front of pinch seam.

Believing I almost got 4" of lift from my teraflex 2.5" (4 door kit) with heavy bumpers front and rear

 

I have a 2dr with hardtop. I'm have the TF coil leveling kit and a tire that measures 31" tall. At the back end of the pinch seem I measured 19".

 

I never measure the pinch seam... not sure what it is... I googled it and it show the rock rails at the tire... so that current measurement is 19 1/2" to the bottom of the rock rail.

but I did measure the front flare on the left tire for a data point, and this is what I got... stock, 31 5/8, with RRXHD bumper and Recon winch, and swat skid, 30 5/8 1" drop... in this step up my front kit the bump stops alot on the off road areas I do.... not a great ride off road...
Add in the Tera Flex lift 4DR kit, springs and shocks, it's at 34 3/8. 3 3/4 lift in the front... I never measured the back area and it is still stock. I have alot of armor on the bottom and got a good 2" of clearance there.. Rides great on and off road....

tires are still stock 32"

so I believe your measurements...
