Will one set make a sport sit higher than the other? I was thinking of getting a bb lift but if rubicon springs will lift me 2 inches I'll just do that.

look at your stock springs (there is a tag on them) if the last 2 numbers are under 17 ie 14, 15 or 16 ending in ab or ac then if you get springs ending in 19ab/ac you will get a little lift. if you already have 17 or 18's you won't get much. Rubicon springs have nothing to do with it. Sport 4dr with hard tops and automatics and tow package should have higher numbered springs any model can have the same springs from the factory. heck many rubi springs are 14's so purely luck of the draw when it comes to springs.

I think when you see some jeeps they have the real bad rake it is because they have like 15 or 16 in front and 58 or higheer in rear. Mine came with 17 and 58 and was level.

Your logic is flawed. My jeep did not have a bad rake. Rubi springs are stiffer than stock sport spring. That's why they come with 32s and can fit 35s with flat fenders. You can't say that about sports.

Stock pic
A rubi unlimited springs sit over a 1" taller than a sport unlimited with out including tires and will give over 2" on a 2 door.
