Default stock with 35s

can I run 35 inch trail grapplers on stock rims and stock everything except a 3 inch lift.

I know it's hard on the axel and stuff but what are the chances it will break?

You will need wheel spacers to get your back spacing to 4.5 or lower I would suggest getting some spidertrac spacers 1.5 inch

ok I am worried about problems with the axels?

Your axles will be fine you may wanna re gear in the future, you also may want to invest in some c gussets you don't have to do this right away just whenever you have the $ and time.

spacers are illegal in Utah where I live, is there a legal solution? otherwise I will probably just get em and take em on and off for inspections

I didn't know they were illegal there I guess I learn something new everyday haha but besides getting new rims, no that's the only way

ok cool! thanks! these questions may seem kinda dumb, sorry! haha but when looking for new wheels if I end up getting new ones what do I look for other than the right diameter to fit the tire?

No problem lol. Just the correct back spacing and that's pretty much it. 4.5 is the min and you can also get 4, 3.75, ect.

I gave up my 3" Teraflex lift kit for stock suspension (with front 0.75" Daystar spacers for leveling) and Rugged Ridge flat fender flares... still fits my 35s with enough room for flexing AND the ride is actually smoother.
