Stinger for the Rough Country stubby hybrid bumper

I'm Interested Also
I too have bee trying to find a stinger bar or winch bar for the RC Hybrid Stubby. The RC #1055 looks like it will fit but there is no place to put bolts on the top holes. The area directly under the top holes is filled by the bumper mounts. I talked to my mechanic and his suggestion was welding the top part to the top of the bumper but then you'd have a permanent attachment. This would provide greater strength but cost you more money if you wanted to change bumpers. However if you are adept at metalworking you could use a plasma cutter, torch or cutting disk to remove it. I haven't priced it but it might be cheaper to have your local 4x4 shop fabricate one to your specs. Then you could add light mounts if you wanted.
If anyone has any ideas please let us know. I love my Hybrid Stubby Bumper and don't want to have to change bumpers just to get the stinger bar I want. Plus I get compliments on the Stubby all the time.
