Is a stiffer (not larger) spring available to resist front end sag from winch?

Let your fingers do the walking....
Check your Yellow Pages for a company that makes coils springs. Every major city has at least one. You can give them your OEM springs and they can heat treat them to make them stiffer.

I'm not actually "worried" about anything, per se. I've had the "rules" explained to me by a factory rep. I understand those rules; and I'm just attempting to play by the rules.
Because I have lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty (as opposed to a drive train warranty), in theory, this '07 Sahara should be on the road in still in near-new condition FIVE DECADES from now on Chrysler's dime, not mine. The warranty has half-way paid for itself in just the last year. I'm sure thirty years from now it will have paid for itself many times over.
There are literally thousands of out-of-warranty Wranglers available for sale. There is no risk in modifying such vehicles. As such, an out of warranty Wrangler may be my next toy.

My 2 cents.... I know there have been members who have had trouble with their dealerships regarding warranty/mods, and I feel for them, but there are alot of great dealerships( including mine ) that encourage mods and stand by the warranty on whatever stock parts are left. Engine performance mods are a different story obviously.

i believe if yoou read it and i have one too that
if the expence is worth more than the value of the vehicle Chrysler does not have to fix it there fore running that in 5 decades from now would be impossible due to the depreciated value ! least that's how I read it mine says 999,00 mile warrenty/ but does mention that they don't have to warrenty it if value is less than the repair so after 300 ,000 I doubt they will drop you a new motor . all we can do is hope the dealer and Chrysler is reasonable about stuff ( yeh ok)
