I just had the Teraflex big brake kit and the JKS front and rear track bars installed this morning and now the steering wheel doesn't line up.. The tech that did the install says that the track bar installed doesn't effect the steering in any way. Regardless the steering wheel is randomly off from side to side? Throwing me off!

and if your axle isnt centered properly, then it will effect your steering... if the steering wheel isnt centered either, that will obviously effect your steering as well.

 

Your mechanic is wrong. If you change the length of the track bar it will affect the steering wheel. Here is a quick and easy write up to recenter your steering wheel.

Make sure your axle is center with the track bar before centering the wheel.
