Default Steering upgrades

hey everyone,
I have a 2011 JK Sport. 3" RK springs, TF 9550 shocks, TF adjustable trac bars, 315x70x17 milestar pats. On go topless day i bent my tie rod, blew out the rod ends on the drag bar. I want to upgrade my steering to 1 ton steering with heim joints. I want to make them not buy them. My question is, would 3/4" joints with 5/8" bolts suffice? Or should i go with 7/8"joints and 3/4" bolts? I like to play hard so i want the strongest setup.
thanks in advance.

Would this require drilling out the knuckle? Or would 3/4 bolts fit in the stock bolt holes?

im really trying to avoid drilling the knuckle. i dont want to weaken it. Im actually almost talked into the CavFab 1 ton bolt on kit with TRE. Lifetime guaronteed. Building my own is not lifetime guaronteed. For me that may be a necessity. Hahaha. Any thoughts on the CavFab?

If you want the best build your own and use EMF joints.

Fusion or TMR 2.5 ton steering would be another option, 1.75" solid Aluminum and 2.5 ton ends.

I have a Currie version of the 2.5T steering and yes its nice and its strong but the joint doesn't flex enough for my suspension.
So the tie rod binds and I've had to adjust my limit straps ..hence loose articulation.
That's why I don't recommend them and will be changing over to the EMF joints.
