I swaped out my socker for the fox ats. Its worth every penny. Did I need to, no. The difference in handling now is night and day better.

I had a real bad death wobble on my previous Jeep. Oddly, it happened just once and never repeated itself. Everything was checked and rechecked, nothing was wrong with the steering system. A single event of death wobble seems to be very rare.
The SS was the only possible 'suspect' left, but I couldn't prove it.
This left me with an uneasy feeling re' the stock SS, so my current Jeep has a Fox SS.
This is definitely not a recommendation to replace the stock SS, just my subjective feeling about it, because of that one isolated DW.
