Default Steering shaft extension not needed?

Still debating between the m.o.r.e. & daystar 1" body lift, one thing i haven't really seen mentioned is any talk about a steering shaft extension??? i've put a few body lifts on vehicles before and they've always included a piece to add on...do you somehow not need it for only a 1" body lift???

you will not need one on a jk with just a 1" body lift. heck, you didn't even need one on an old tj with just 1".

In most cases , if you only had 1", you would surely need an extension but not for a BL.
