Well it was not the sector shaft...

I am now wondering how possible it may be that the box itself skipped a gear or something?

Secondly the intermediate shaft looks fine to me, but it does have some play where it goes in by the firewall side...

Im now also curious what may be behind this that may have moved, is there anything?

As i said before its weird because i dont get the esp/bas light like you would normally when you steering wheels off.

It is not the drag link. I even took it off and rolled it and compared to my other one. Its straight. My trackbar didnt budge and is still keeping the axle centered. All my control arms are the correct length and caster is good. My toe in is the same its always been also and didnt budge... Im lost now.

I can't imagine it would be anything above your steering box. Wouldn't be much stress up there from the blow as your box acts as a gear reduction.
Too strange.

Theres no way the steering box can skip a gear without making a loud noise. Check if you axles is centered. Can be a bent track bar or mount. When the axle shifts to one side the drag link stays the same length so it cause a off centered steering wheel

The axle is perfectly centered as before centered and fine for the trackbar. Also i believe that would throw the light. At least every other time the tie rod or drag link bent the light came on. Maybe this time its just taking forever. Im pretty stumped here. I can just recenter my wheel, but am curious how it got off.

This is where it sits with the wheels straight.
