Default Starting problems after Flashpaq tune...help

I bought a new Flashpaq (3870) for my 2011 JK 2 weeks ago and tuned up to the 91 Performance tune, performance was great, no problems updating prior to install either. A few days after, my Jeep puttered out after maybe 6 or 7 strokes. I attempted restarting and had the same thing happen a few times in a row, then on the 5th attempt it finally starts up close to normal, but sounds a little choked up until it got to a full idle.

I retuned to 87 Performance the next day after I had the same issue and it then ran fine for a couple days. Then again 3 days later, I had more starting issues...exactly like before. I retuned AGAIN, to stock settings, then updated my tuner online and reinstalled the 91 Performance tune. It started fine for a few days, but it's once again having the same issues starting.

ANY IDEAS? I really really hope it didn't screw the Jeep computer over, and I'd like to avoid the dealership if possible.

Does the jeep run properly when set back to stock? If so, leave it stock and throw away the programmer. Easy peasy.

In the few hours I returned it to stock it ran fine for two 15 minute drives.

I recently jumped up on tire size and running without a tune really shows how much of a sluggish pig my Jeep is. . . .
