Stainless steel Mesh grille
Hello All,
i am interested in getting a stainless steel mesh grille. What is the best stainless steel wire mesh grille to get? Is it hard to install? What problems has anyone had, if any? I'm tired of picking leaves out of my radiator
Thanx to all who reply.

I had one on mine that i painted black, and i was never happy with how it looked. After a few weeks i noticed paint chips and uneven areas. So i took it out and replaced it with a mr. grille insert.

I got the chromed SS Metalcrafters grille second hand from a guy who was ordering a black one.
I thought about painting it with black engine paint but said what the heck, I'll try it in chrome.

I made my own for 21 bucks.
Gutter mesh, black zip ties, and lil Black zip tie mounts, and a lil bottle of gorilla glue.
Take the grill off, glue the mounts the inside of the grill, cut your mesh to size, and ziptie them in......Bam...21 dollar grill!

I saw this thread the other day. I plan on trying the mod myself before the end of the year. If it turns out even half as clean as this guy's, I'll be happy. Follow the link.
