We aren't able to check with every state and local law in regards to emissions so that is why it is labeled "for off road use only".

Just pulled the trigger on the 39510, $140.78 on Amazon, $65.78 after rebate. Damn you Dynomax, you are fueling my addiction 
. The description on the Dynomax website made it sound like it is all stainless steel, is that true?

Haha, yup, I cancelled amazon order and called Qtec, they had them in stock, going to pick it up on Tuesday ( I live near one of their warehouses). Worth the extra $20 not to have to wait till then come in.
