Default Squeaky OEM sway bushings

Hey guys,
About a month ago I installed my FT 3" SRS and have triple torqued/checked all bolts, springs seats, upper control arms, traction bars and the like. Everything associated with the lift I've touched. I love the way it handles and rides, but when hitting the small bumps in the road at slower speeds or off road, its a squeaky nightmare. I've accepted the fact that the draglink clunks and makes noise when hitting bumps but this is not a "Silent Ride System"

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Keep an eye on your bushings. I have read horror stories about them. Make sure it is not them squeaking. From what I hear it becomes pretty undrivable when they go.

I have installed a bunch of these and have had zero issues since they changed to the "SRS" system .

Did you torque the arms once the vehicle was on the ground?

Did you tighten all the bolts at static ride height or did you tighten them when it was off the ground?

I run this exact same kit and have 71K miles on it with absolutely no noise at all. I did have a slight squeak that was coming from my rear sway bar D bushings. But a simple greasing of the bar fixed that quickly.

Yes I have tightened all suspension components when the rig is on the ground to torque specs. After 500 miles after initial install I rechecked and re-torqued to specs.

As for the swaybar link bushings, I'll recheck those.

Grease your rear sway bar D bushings.

What shocks are you running?
