Spyderlock wheels

Maybe he works for them and is trying to figure out why their sales suck relative to other brands? Wouldn't surprise me. They couldn't try harder to not sell wheels. Nothing against them, but having looked at them, it was obvious they missed the business 101 class. That said, they do add value. Someone smart makes a good product and then someone business smart copies it and sells a crap ton.

Roger that. I was just curious why you started threads on multiple forums and then haven't responded in any of them. Like the other one you started on here haha

Wheel Pros is the parent. They were always part of the conglomerate but that is a very long story.

When i talked to spyderlock front desk agent (AJ) she told me that spyderlock makes the wheel for ATX and ATX supplies their own lock ring and resells the combo under ATX brand.
To me, the atx lock ring just looks like a spyderlock ring with the spider part machined out and the ring thinned just a bit. Still very beafy and easier to balance and clean out. Also dont have the concern of the spider part hitting a rock and knocking the wheel out of balance which forces u to replace the ring on spyderlocks.
The look of spyderlocks however, is fantastic. I love mine. I just gotta take them back apart and clock the ring to the wheel when i add the balance beads. I was in a hurry and didnt pay attention to the clocking which ATX doesnt have to do.

I'm assuming the cast wheel for those who buy spyderlocks directly say made in the USA.
