Springs squeakings! Whats that mean??

Springs squeakings! Whats that mean??
I have 2009 Jk with a rock krawler 3.5 inch lift and Bilstein shocks. Here lately my springs have really begun to make some noise. It is just because my springs are getting soft or are my shocks worn out? Could it be both?

My first guess would be squeaky bushings. Sometimes sway bar discos can make noise to if you have them. Bust out the white lithium grease and go to town to at least rule them out
