Summary i take is that the spring don't provide lift per say but compensate for weight due to spring rate difference. End result you will regain a true factory height with the ability to add more weight without loosing height or Jeep sagging.

I just picked up a new (supposedly 157 miles) Rubicon take off. Springs, shocks, tie rod, link, spring isolators and all the OEM hardware for 60 bucks.
