I used the Duplicolor aerosol spray on liner on my factory bumper after I cut the ends off and plastic welded them back on. The OEM bumpers are made out of ABS which doesn't require an adhesion promoter (doesn't hurt to use one if you wish, but it's not necessary). As long as the part is clean and scuffed good it'll stick. Hope that helps...
