Is there gonna be a significant power loss with 35s? Someone tried telling me I'd be 10mph over & that I'd need a torque converter?

You'll be about 9-10% off on your speedometer/odometer if you don't change the ECU settings. What year is your Jeep and what gears do you have?

With the new 3.6L and 4.10s, you'll have no problem spinning 35's. I have a JKU and 3.73's with an auto. After updating the ECU with a Procal, it drive's almost like stock with 35's.

Only if you have a lift or upgraded steering that requires additional backspacing. Or if you like the wide-stance look. My DC2s have 4.5" backspacing which is plenty, but I had wheel spacers for my stock wheels on 32"s after my lift kit.

I'm getting a 4" lift with 35s, so do you think I should?

If you are putting 35s on stock wheels, you'll need spacers. If you are getting new wheels, get the right backspacing and you wont need them.
