Default Specific squeak

So I have a squeak which I changed the brake pads and sprayed them. No good. It only happens with very specific movement. If I'm traveling around 30mph + and hit the brakes while turning it has this nonstop incessant squeak I have no idea where it's coming from it's only when turning while on the brakes though. Any ideas?

Did you lubricate the slide pins?

Yep I did them and rechecked the rears both seem good
