Spare tire mount - 37'' Tire???
I am assuming the stock spare tire mount will not fit 37'' tires. I was wondering what products people have bought or used to mount their 37''s??
I will get my spare in today, now I just need a place to put it besides the bed.
Any suggestions on budget conscious mounts?

Nice looking Jeep man! I like the color
My answer is the Smittybilt XRC rear bumper with hitch and tire carrier (less than $720). I carry a 40" tire on mine and never even heard a squeek coming from it while off-road. Plus you get the hitch and D-ring provisions.
For people who don't like that answer, please see the last post where this question was asked. The OP justs wants some ideas so please don't hate.

Looks good. I will look into that as an option - Seems like a decent price. Did you look at many other before deciding on this one?
Thanks for your help.
You have one badass RED jeep...
Any other ideas? Products? Suggestions?

Seems like all these bumpers w/tire carrier come with built in hitch. Just wondering what you do if your Jeep already has the factory hitch on it?

Yeah, Shrockworks, if you don't mind waiting for like 6 months to be told you're gonna have to wait another 6. Seriously, seems like Shrock has a bad track record for delivering on-time. They make good stuff, but I can't deal w/ a company that can't get their delivery times anywhere close.
As far as the receiver, I'd think you could just pull off the factory receiver and sell it. Am I wrong?

Cheap Solution
I just bought a 1.5 inch wheel spacer and bolted that baby on there. Clears the bumper just fine. The only thing you have to consider is the possible damage the weight will do to your tailgate. I haven't had any issues yet and I've been running mine on there like that for about 8 months now.

i bought a warrior products spare tire spacer ( 64.99 Quadratec ) Works just fine for now but even the Daystar Spare tire bumpers don't stick out far enough to touch the tire. I am sure that all depends on the backspacing on your wheels though. It doesn't wobble that much either. I am sure I will have issues later down the road but its a cheap way to get a 37 mounted on the back quick.
