Default Spacers?

I know when you install spacers you need to use Loc tite and torque everything. But if you reinstall wheels because of rotation or tire replacement do you need to retorque spacers. And if so, will I have to remove them all the way and reapply Loctite?

You shouldn't need to remove the spacers for tires or rotation. If you do remove the spacers for maintenance or repair you should torque and use lock tite just like the initial install
