The track bar isn't a big deal and can be changed out by any one that can turn a wrench with the jeep on the ground. If you want to do it at the same time go for it, but if you're looking to save money I wouldn't bother. I changed mine about 6 months after the lift and didn't need to. It's just something I wanted to change. There was only about a half inch difference when measuring both sides.
