Default Some questions for Florida RIPP owners

Hey guys, I think 2014 is going to be Supercharge the JKU for me. My set up is an '07 JKU on 35's with 5:13 gears, Truetrac up front, factory limited slip in the rear. This is my daily driver/ work truck (to the IRS anyway!)/ off-road toy. I don't hit the rocks (none here) just lots of trails, sand, and the Spring rainy season in Belize for a while every year. So some questions before I finalize my plans:

I am in north Florida, so heat issues are a little worrisome. Have any of you had issues with performance or heat build up? I don't want to have to add the expense of a hood or louvers right away.

Any issues with the automatic transmission and the increase torque?

I can swing the cost of a Gen II, but do you think the headers are needed also?

Any issues with our Southern summer fuel blends?

Thanks!

Dave
