I had my covers installed by my brothers shop, And i am almost certain that they overfilled my D44 Diff covers... They said it took 7 quarts for both! ![Thinking](https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/images/smilies/thinking.gif)
I took a trip to pick up my new tires from Armycop tonight, And i am smelling diff fluid...![naw](https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_naw.gif)
I am afraid to crawl under the Jeep to see the mess!

FRONT AXLE ± .03 L (1 oz.)
186 FBI (Model 30) 1.0 L (1.05 qts)
216 FBI (Model 44) 1.3 L (1.35 qts)
REAR AXLE ± .03 L (1 oz.)
198 RBI (Model 35) 1.83 L (1.9 qts)
226 RBI (Model 44) 2.25 L (2.4 qts)
I would take it back, they most likely filled them to the fill holes as you normally would do but not with after market covers. It WILL cause fluid to come out the diff breathers, hopefully thats all it will cause, it has caused some axle seals to leak. Even if they filled them to the hole I cannot believe it took 7 quarts
