Default soft top repairs

Hey
My back plastic window is starting to tear, any tips to repair it with the less repair appearance as possible?

I, personally, haven't seen a repair job to a zip-out window that looked anything but obvious. Why not just buy a new rear window?

Well, by your location I guess no rear window isn't an option. Haven't heard of anyway to repair them thats not obvious so yeah new window time.
