Soft to Hard coversion?
Hey All!
My partner and i are considering doing a soft to hard top conversion. Just wanting to know if its worth the cost as my local jeep dealer where i get it serviced said it might be a bit pricy..
Has anyone done it?

The hard top is quieter and more secure. I like the hard top but I wish had the freedom of the soft top sometimes.

Another thing to consider is wiring in the rear defroster and wiper and the switches involved to use them. The parts will set you back another $300 in the states.

I don't know what the prices are like down there in Melbourne. But recently bought a hardtop for my 14 jku off a 2012 for $1400(USD) which is middle of the road as far as prices go around my area and this time of year. Knowing what I know now. I would have gladly paid double for it. I LOVE my hardtop

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYUvxzbV6TM That's all there is too it, my friend.
It can be done with one person, it's not heavy, just an awkward size/shape to do alone
