So you want a smoother ride?
I found these control arm lowering brackets from Rough Country
Jeep JK Control Arm Relocation
In order to get the best ride the control arms should be parallel with the ground. In order to do that you must drop the back of the control arms. Longer adjustable control arms will not do this.
I installed these in about 2 hours without jacking the Jeep up and I didn't have to cut the bolts like the instructions state on my 2012.

You will loose a little ground clearance but this would only effect those of you that hardcore rock crawl. I feel it is definately worth the $89 and time to do this.
I would like to hear from anyone else who tried this and their thoughts.

My only concern would be the frame end of the LCA is now very ceceptable to being bashed hard on the trail.
Regardless, looks like a good product for the price for on road use.

Aev offers the same setup- drop brackets.
There are some flaws with the video though:
-zero torque spec, just tighten to hell with an impact?!
-the bolts should all be 'final' tightened on the ground, with the weight of the vehicle on them.

level
keeping the driveshafts and control arms 'flat' as possible will help the ride. here is where the longer the control arm is, the less off level it has to be
with 3" of lift, and what I feel is a great ride on mine, I'm not sure i'm willing to give up the ground clearance...

I measured the angle and I am now at 2.4 degrees of slope.
It also pushed the front end forward a bit to help my driveshaft slip yoke play which was tight.
If you are happy with your ride then by all means this is not what you want to do.

Never saw the purpose of lifting a Jeep that never ran trails and was used as a commuter car. If I wasn't crawling over stuff where I needed the ground clearance, I wouldn't need to lift the Jeep, so I wouldn't need brackets to fix the angles. Just run stock suspension and flat flairs to fit those 35's for the "look."

No it doesn't.
"Never saw the purpose of lifting a Jeep that never ran trails and was used as a commuter car. If I wasn't crawling over stuff where I needed the ground clearance"
I'm a good enough driver where that won't effect my wheeling. Some people just need excuses.
