So I'm looking at the Hankook DynaPros: http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/tir...97006&pc=11959
Two options are:
LT285/70R17D1 121Q B which equals 32.70"
and
265/70R17 which equals 31.60"
When they say 32.70" do they mean with the tire over-inflated way past where I would normally inflate it just to get to that measurement? If I were to inflate it for road driving to a reasonable pressure might it measure closer to 32"?
I want a tire that won't require me to mod anything.

I am running 285/75R17 dynapro mt's on my 2dr. They are great for all conditions ( rock, mud, sand, ice). I'm running 28 psi on the street and 10 on rocks with the factory steel wheels. The only draw back is they are 10 ply so they are Heavy.
