Default So I just got....

a 3" BDS lift with 18" rims running on 35" Mickey T's. And although I didnt expect to get a factory ride out of this I didnt expect my JK to be riding this rough either. When I drive it it feels very rigid and stiff. Was wondering what is causing this and if there is anyway to dampen this down. Im pretty new to the JK experience but Im loving it nonetheless.

You might consider running about 28 or 30. That should help the ride quality.
Check out this thread about doing a chalk test to find the best tire pressure for your vehicle. Tire Pressures 45 #s is a lot.

Yeah, drop your air pressure but be careful to go too low (< 27 PSI) because the load capacity of the tires goes down with the air pressure and so does MPG.

It's OK for crawling, but it can be unsafe at highway speeds.

Also, give your suspension and shocks a few weeks (or more) to break in.
