so cai and snorkel are the same performance wise? Or snorkel is inferior? And which will make the engine sound better? =D

i like the RR placement, but not the fixed squared induction, I also like the AEV and the way it connects to the stock air box and pricing is much better, but not the long pipe down the side. voliant dropped the ball big time in the design department. so i went with RR. and as far as performance you will get better cold air from a snorkel than these cold air intakes that are placed under the hood with no air dam from the engine compartment and no out side air pick up/ induction. If the snokel has smooth hoses running to the throttle body it should work better. IMHP

I have an aFe CAI and anything would have better performance than that. It was the BIGGEST waist of money I have spent. So I'm looking at snorkels so atleast ill be protected. The aFe sucks money and water through the intake along with a little air.
