After hitting some puddles on some fire roads and finding water in the air box that was enough for me to drop the money on the peace of mind of a snorkel.

Don't think I'd take my rig through a river crossing that has a swing rope for people to swing into the water... Tell-tell sign that it probably pretty deep :-)

Love the pic... But a swing rope hanging from the tree for people to swing into the water is probable a good indicator of fairly deep water :-)

Ok... So the snorkel is sounding good... Plus it acts like a cai as well. So I'm thinking I like the river raider version with the h1 type cowl. Anyone here running it. Is rr jk-forum sponsor friendly? Apologies wol if it isn't. :-)

I have mixed feelings on that one and can't decide if I like it or not!

It's how you submerge your vehicle. I play in the mud and water but don't hit holes at 15mph
