Default Snorkel?

I am looking into getting a snorkel, and I was wondering what is the best one, and how deep can you go once installed compared to before. Also some pics would be great.
Thanks

The AEV is a popular one. Many are holding off and waiting for the release of the Rugged Ridge snorkle

Man, did you know how deep that was? Here's my deal. I want a snorkel as a reasonable insurance policy for those "oh crap this is deep" puddles rather than an excuse to submerge my jeep... I don't think I'd have to stones to put the snorkel to the test on a regular basis.

River Raider.
Best looking design in my opinion. Aluminum, plus you can paint match it to your Jeep.

Does anyone have experience using the aev in cold climates ex. Canada? How well does the plastic stand up tote elements?

I have the AEV snorkel and been up to the top of my headlights in water with no issue. make sure if you do get one, that you extend all four breather hoses
