Keep an eye out for Rugged Ridge's new snorkel. It will be modular just like their bumpers.

There are many great snorkels available, I chose the AEV for ease of installation, simplicity, well made and looks damn fine too.

Look at what other mods you may want to do in the future. Some snorkels don't work with certain lightbars or dual battery kits.

MOPAR now offers the AEV snorkel for a few bucks less. I've had the AEV for a few months now and dig it. Whichever one you decide on, be prepared to answer endless questions like, "Is that your exhaust?" Or, "Does that tube make your Jeep a submarine?" Good times.

Is it Mopar branded? I'm trying to determine which will accept the mirror relocation brackets as well as my light brackets near the windshield pillar.

Have had both them questions multiple times in the first week of having the AEV snorkel. This is a very fine looking snorkel, and I think if you wheel among trees you're better off with the plastic as opposed to metal (which will just get banged up). And it just looks very aggressive ...

You may have to move the light bracket over to fit the AEV snorkel . I had to redrill the holes in the bracket so that I could slide it to the drivers side 1 in . It is tight but it all fits .

Had the AEV for over a year. Only problem is my air ram cracked when it got sacked by a tree limb. I bought it new on ebay so AEV wont honor the warranty. 65 plus tax for a new one. 3 bucks for black silicone and looks great to me.
